As HR Business Partner you are working closely with our founders and senior team who are based in Kyiv, Amsterdam and Lausanne.
3 years of experience in HR management (experience in IT, digital or in a fast paced startup environment is a plus).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle challenging situations with discretion and professionalism.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of (and willingness to learn) labor laws and regulations within Europe.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organisational design, employer branding.
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (we currently use People Force) and general Google and MS office tools.
Collaborate with our senior partners and founders to align and implement HR strategies with business goals.
Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting an environment where all individuals are valued and respected.
Develop and maintain and further refine HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and guidelines that are compliant with relevant labour laws and ethical standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Address employee concerns, mediate potential conflicts, and maintain a healthy and safe employee relations environment.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, employee engagement and team building.
Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
Implement and support performance management processes, including evaluations and career development plans.
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding in collaboration with the talent acquisition specialist and external recruitment partners.
Salary range between €4.000 - €4.500 excluding vacation allowance, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a pension plan, a monthly €50 stipend to cover work-from-home expenses, performance-based bonuses, and an allocation of 25 vacation days.
