Senior Product Architect (UX & Business Analysis)

At WeAreBrain, we build the "brains" of digital products. We specialize in taking sometimes "messy" stakeholder visions and transforming them into structured, scalable, and buildable solutions powered by AI and Automation.

We are looking for a hybrid Senior UX Designer & Business Analyst - someone who values ​​system architecture over pixel-perfection. You won't be spending your days debating hex codes; you'll be defining the underlying logic, data structures, and user flows for everything from Multi-tenant SaaS to AI platforms in regulated industries.

Your Role: The Bridge

You are the vital link between a client's business goals and a developer's execution.

• Discovery Leadership: Lead workshops with stakeholders to uncover real needs and define the product "why." You'll use design thinking to uncover hidden constraints and "real" needs.

• System Mapping: You will own the "blueprint." This means mapping user journeys, defining business rules, and documenting system behaviors in Miro.

• AI-Augmented Workflow: We don't just "allow" AI-we expect you to master it. You'll use AI tools to accelerate analysis, draft technical requirements, and prototype logic, freeing you to focus on high-level strategy.

• The "Brain" over the "Skin": While you'll use Miro and Figma to model flows, your focus is on the how and why . You will collaborate with UI specialists or developers to ensure the "intent" is never lost in translation.

  Who You Are

  • A Systems Thinker: You have 5+ years of experience in complex environments (SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce) where you've turned ambiguity into technical clarity.

  • Communicator: You are fluent in Dutch and English . You can negotiate with a CEO in the morning and explain data structures to a developer in the afternoon. (Ukrainian language skills are a significant bonus for our internal team collaboration).

  • Tech-Fluent: You aren't a coder, but you understand how APIs, databases, and AI models interact. You know what is "buildable."

  • Autonomous: You don't need a manual. You enjoy an entrepreneurial environment where you are treated as an owner of your projects.
